EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — People living in Sunland Park and Santa Teresa spoke to New Mexico state officials about the concerns they have over their drinking water.
During a public meeting between Doña Ana County residents and community members had the chance to speak face to face withNew Mexico State officials about their frustrations with their water utility company, the Camino Real Regional Utility Authority (CRRUA).
Officials with the New Mexico Department of Health and New Mexico Environment Department took time to listen to each community member’s concerns, thoughts, and complaints on what they have experienced with CRRUA and what should be done moving forward. …
