Please accept this initial comment and demand for public hearing, submitted by the New
Mexico Environmental Law Center on behalf of José Saldaña Jr. and Vivian Fuller, (collectively,
“community members”), regarding Yucca Growth Infrastructure, LLC,1 (hereinafter “YGI”),
formerly known as Acoma, LLC, and its latest attempt to apply for an air pollution permit to
power Project Jupiter, the hyperscale data center campus proposed for Santa Teresa, New
Mexico.
