JOIN THE ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE BUSINESS PROGRAM!

Environmental Justice Business Program (EJBP) participants are local businesses who want to demonstrate their commitment to environmental justice and show their support for NMELC’s legal work to protect and defend New Mexico’s precious air, land, and water.

We fight alongside frontline communities most impacted by environmental degradation and pollution for justice, accountability, and assurance that fundamental human rights are respected.

As a federally-recognized nonprofit, we rely on grant funding, a dedicated donor base, and other small revenue streams. We are growing our Environmental Justice Business Program (EJBP) to support the critically needed legal services we provide to New Mexico’s frontline communities.

If you believe in a clean and safe environment for every New Mexican, we invite your business to join us in advancing environmental justice across the state of New Mexico.

Engage at the Level that is Best for Your Business

Businesses can donate at multiple levels depending on your capacity and interest. In-kind donations are also accepted and appreciated, including gift cards and goods like catering, event space, etc.
